There are many specialized plugins available for WordPress, including Gravity Forms, which makes the creation of dynamic contact forms a snap.

A number of developer-favorite services out there also integrate nicely with WordPress, including MailChimp for email marketing campaigns and Shopify for great-looking, solid  e-commerce without the heavy lifting.
